Energy Design Tools energy assessment software includes BRE approved SAP Calculators for SAP 2012 v9.92, SAP 2009 v9.90 and SAP 2005 v9.81 for the energy efficiency assessment of newly constructed dwellings, including calculation of the necessary building regulations for England and Wales (Part L), Scotland (Section 6) and Northern Ireland (Part F), and the generation and lodgement of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new dwellings across the UK.

We work with the Quidos accreditation scheme to allow you to lodge Energy Performance Certificates across the UK using our BRE-approved software.

Coming soon: Energy Design Tools to integrate with the Home Quality Mark

The Home Quality Mark has been developed by the BRE to replace the Code for Sustainable Homes and allows house builders to demonstrate the high quality of their homes and to differentiate them in the marketplace.
The next version of our software will allow users to export the HQM output file for upload directly into BRE's system. This is included as part of our SAP 2012 software at no additional cost. We expect to launch within the next few weeks.
