PlayStation Partnering with ESL to Introduce Tournaments

Today information technology was announced that PlayStation and ESL are partnering to bring a new feature to the PlayStation iv, the PlayStation Tournaments.

This new feature lets Playstation 4 players to take part in tournaments. The first major tournament that'll debut this characteristic is NBA 2K17 to ring in the start of the NBA Season.

The Major Tournament starts on October 27 and runs through November 26 with Major Loving cup rounds taking place every Sabbatum. The Top three winners of the NBA 2K17 Major Tournament volition earn themselves some Playstation branded prizes.

Signing up for the Tournament seems easy plenty, all you demand is the following:

A copy of NBA 2K17
Playstation Plus membership
Link an ESL account (if you don't have 1, you'll be asked to create i.)

Once you do this, you'll be automatically notified when it's time to compete in Tournaments tab in the Playstation dashboard (come across feature prototype). For now, Playstation Tournaments only support ane on 1 matches. Other games expecting to arrive on Tournaments are Mortal Kombat 10, WRC v and Projection Cars.
